Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain business relationships, maximize customer satisfaction.
Manage the relationship with the customer through monthly or quarterly reviews.
Coordinate with the Cross‑Functional Team (CFT) to ensure compliance with scheduled targets (quality, testing, materials, processes).
Participate in View Point reviews to assess customer and GAM satisfaction and implement improvements.
Monitor, report, and troubleshoot accounts receivable (AR).
Qualifications:
Advanced English proficiency.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
Regular interaction with executives, customers, and vendors.
