Overview

The Senior Operations Manager is responsible for managing the relationship with he 3PL provider of the Footlocker distribution facility. This position will be responsible for ensuring the 3PL is driving improvement in operational efficiencies, cost control and reduction, safety, team member utilization, production, quality and operational procedures adherence. This role will be responsible for managing the contractual agreement with the 3PL in partnership with legal with the objective that all requirements within the agreement are being achieved.

This role will be located onsite in the Milton, Canadian facility.
