Job Description

To manage and supervise tasks and functions delivered by MSP on :

• Network Monitoring: Monitor alarms, resolve faults, and escalate critical issues using OSS platforms.
• Configuration Management: Manage RAN configurations and apply software updates.
• Routine Maintenance: Conduct health checks, and ensure configuration as defined
• Integration Support: Assist with special cases integrations and verify performance.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues using diagnostic tools.
• Multi-Vendor Operations: Operate and maintain multi-vendor equipment, ensuring interoperability.
• Operational Procedures: Adhere to SOPs, maintain logs, and ensure compliance.
