**Job Overview**
+ Drive the implementation of the global HR Shared Services strategy in APAC, with defined services catalogue, tiered service accountability model, remote regional hub and local on‑site service delivery, clear RACI across HR functions. + Own defined HR services end‑to‑end, including demand intake, service design, delivery, controls, performance management, and continuous improvement. + Monitor and evaluate service delivery using standard shared services metrics (e.g. SLA, turnaround time, backlog, productivity, quality), ensuring adherence to agreed service levels and excellent customer experience. + Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to lead HR service transitions from countries and sites into ...
