As a key member of the Engineering team, you will play an integral role in achieving the following objectives:

• Develop robust engineering designs with a strong focus on manufacturability, cost control, and adherence to project timelines
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce and eliminate non-conformances (NCRs)
• Support overall project success through collaboration with manufacturing and project management teams
