We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sr Data & Analytics Engineering Manager to lead our Data Platform, Governance, and Architecture teams. This senior leadership role is crucial in driving the development and evolution of our cutting‑edge data systems while ensuring compliance, security, and scalability.
You’ll build and lead the teams that power Blip’s data ecosystem, from platform infrastructure and data modeling to governance and AI enablement. You’ll translate strategic intent into organizational execution: hiring the right people, setting the right direction, and creating the conditions for engineering excellence at scale.
