**A Day in the Life** Supporting the Systems Management & Engineering team by managing operational demand coordination along with ownership of reporting and analytics. This position manages the automated demand intake process, coordinates work across internal teams and MSP partners, and develops operational, performance, and demand-related reporting to support effective decision-making.
