Responsibilities
Primary contact for external IFM partner and accountable for high performance of services such as catering, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, reception/helpdesk, mail room, and waste handling.
Conduct performance assessment of the IFM partner under the global contract framework, including KPI scoring and monthly audits.
Collect feedback from end‐users and partners, ensuring high performance.
Compare promised service levels with actual deliveries and address discrepancies with the service provider.
Cooperate with the IFM partner to develop SOPs that deliver consistent performance and quality.
