This position will be based in our Office in São Paulo, Brazil in a full in person work model.
Main Responsibilities
Support portfolio companies in budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and performance tracking.
Consolidate financial results across multiple portfolio companies, ensuring data consistency, comparability, and reliability.
Perform financial and operational analyses, providing insights and materials to the Board and executive committees to support monitoring and decision‑making.
Manage and maintain the Private Equity performance and results management system, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and data integrity.
Maintain daily interaction with portfolio companies to gather information and actively contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives.
Support directors and corporate teams with both quantitative and qualitative analyses.
