We are seeking a highly skilled, organized, proactive, and experienced Senior Executive Administrator to provide exceptional administrative support to our Chief Commercial Officer and the broader Financial Institutions team of Visa Canada. This role requires anticipating needs, managing complex schedules, and handling confidential information with the utmost discretion.

Key Responsibilities

• Be proactive in anticipating needs and helping the executive prioritize their time and manage their workflow according to functional, organizational and team needs, timelines, and schedules.
• Manage a complex calendar that includes scheduling meetings internally and with clients and occasional group events.
• Process expense reports and help organize travel for executives on the team.
• Support the executive on ad hoc projects and track open issues to closure.
