Qualifications
Bachelors degree – Advance English level (C1+)
5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience
Architect with 5+ years of experience leading technical industrial or similar projects
Experience with building design and construction project management, including programming, design, construction, and operations, as well as project planning for scope, schedule, and budgets
Vendor management of subconsultant teams from RFP through project completion
Demonstrated expertise in software programs for BIM360, Revit, Bluebeam, and/or AutoCAD
Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to clearly define intent and drive solutions with multiple stakeholders
Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or business
Architectural Registration, Professional Engineer Registration, CEM and/or other building professional accreditation
LEED AP BD+C and/or PHIUS+ certification
PMP certification
