We’re looking for a Senior Content Marketing Manager to create high-impact, search-driven content that strengthens Dayforce’s authority and discoverability in an increasingly AI-powered landscape.
What you’ll get to do
Content creation & optimization
Write and publish high-quality, search-optimized content on a consistent cadence, including (but not exclusive to) blogs, comparison pages, FAQs, and infographics
Create structured, answer-first content designed to be surfaced in AI-generated responses and LLM-driven experiences
Translate complex HR, payroll, and workforce management topics into clear, engaging, and authoritative content
Refresh and optimize existing content to improve rankings, engagement, and conversion performance
Serve as a champion for SEO/AEO and work with stakeholders to ensure content aligns to search intent, user needs, and funnel stage
