About This Opportunity

What you’ll do…


  • Maintain client documentation, including Master Service Agreements (MSA) with any amendments, Statements of Work (SOW) with any addendums, and security and compliance documentation.

  • Manage rate cards and ensure documentation is up to date.

  • Maintain partner documentation, including MSAs with any amendments and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

  • Manage documentation packs for allocated partner consultants, including SOWs, NDAs, etc.

  • Maintain and manage contractor documentation, including contract documents.
  • Weekly PMO Activities

  • Generate and share weekly project timesheet reports with relevant stakeholders.

  • Update and share weekly budget tracking reports.

  • Handle fortnightly invoicing for RX and share information with required stakeholders.

  • Manage project milestone invoicing as needed.
