Must Haves:
7 years of stakeholder management and reporting I⁢ wide performance KPIs
7 years Identify drivers to costs in IT operations and their corresponding savings levers. Align with stakeholders on delivering savings and track & report this on an ongoing basis
7 years of hands‑on experience with developing and implementing use cases in industry standard enterprise portfolio management tools (e.g. Asana, JIRA etc.)
7 years of excellent MS office toolset knowledge and application (Excel, Powerpoint and MS-word)
7 years Support resource utilization tracking and management
