About This Opportunity

Our municipal client is looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to carry out requirements gathering for a ServiceNow project.

Tasks include:

  • Carry out requirements gathering, documenting functional requirements as workable tasks
  • Contribute to teams in both waterfall and agile environments
  • Contribute to gathering and documenting functional requirements, using epics, user stories, sprints, etc.
  • Schedule follow-ups with various lines of business in requirements gathering process
  • Contribute to technical analysis, interacting with developers and technical teams
  • Bridge gaps between functional lines of business and technical teams and support understanding through testing efforts

    • Estimated Start date: April

    Work mode: Remote, would prefer candidates in the Ottawa region

    Must Haves:

  • Eligible for the client's internal security clearance
