The Hopper Technology Solutions group is seeking a Backend Software Engineer to develop a public API enabling partners to build world‑class travel portals.

The role works closely with a foundation team of engineers, designers, and product managers to introduce new features, scale our joint business, and deliver high‑quality results quickly.

Tech Stack

• Backend systems written in Scala, using a suite of GCP services.
• Frontends are web apps built with React and TypeScript.

Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate a public API.
• Operate autonomously while collaborating closely with fellow engineers, designers, and product managers.
