Our client is looking for Sr. Azure & Virtualization Specialist to support a migration project for an Energy company. We are seeking an experienced Azure & Virtualization Specialist to support a high-impact project focused on migrating and modernizing their virtual desktop infrastructure. This initiative involves transitioning to Azure Local VDI and overhauling the existing Citrix workplace.

Must Have's

• 5+ years of proven experience with Azure Local VDI (mandatory)
• Strong background in virtualization technologies, including Citrix
• Hands‑on experience with Azure infrastructure and services
• Familiarity with Microsoft-certified Azure Local hardware requirements
• Experience in VDI design, architecture, and implementation
• Ability to assess risks and provide mitigation strategies
• Robust understanding of Microsoft licensing models, particularly E5
