As an Accountant on our Property Management Client Accounting team, This role will be responsible for the full cycle of accounting for various commercial real estate properties. • Prepares all aspects of the financial statement package for a set of commercial properties, including creating and posting journal entries, general ledger review and completion of back up schedules.
• Partners with property managers to ensure financials are accurate and delivered timely.
• Ensures all expenses, receipts, distributions, funding requests, and other accounting transactions for the period are accurately completed.
