We are seeking a Consolidation and Financial Reporting Manager with strong expertise in IFRS, experience in accounting audits and consolidated financial reporting to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Group’s annual consolidated financial statements in Spanish and English in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local regulatory requirements.
Coordinate the external audit process, including audit planning, preparation of audit instructions, and kick-off meetings with auditors and internal stakeholders.
Prepare quarterly consolidated financial statements in English under IAS 34, including disclosures for investor reporting and MD&A documentation.
Review monthly consolidated financial statements to identify significant variances and ensure reporting accuracy.
