: The TikTok Content Operations team develops and executes strategies to grow our content ecosystem through management, partnerships, and key programs. We work closely with Product teams to understand publishers and creator cohorts and set priorities, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive efforts forward within the evolving content landscape. We're looking for a highly motivated Creator Growth Sports Intern who supports our efforts to help Sports Creators succeed in our platform, and grow our ecosystem of high quality content. Their role would be focused on identifying cohorts of Creators with the potential to grow in terms of audience and monetization on the platform, and impact some other Product & Content priorities through different programs.
