The Windfall Project, owned by Gold Fields, is located in northern Québec. The role involves leading high‑impact initiatives in IT system development and implementation during pre‑construction to support the project’s operations.

Reporting to the IT Superintendent, the position is responsible for development and implementation of IT systems for the Windfall Project, ensuring deployment of technologies aligned with operational philosophy.

Duties and responsibilities

• Participate in defining the ICT architecture (networks, servers, storage, end‑user devices, cloud/on‑prem solutions).
• Contribute to IT/OT segmentation, industrial DMZ architectures, and cybersecurity principles.
• Ensure alignment with corporate standards and site requirements.
• Support deployment of servers, virtualization platforms, storage and backup solutions.
