Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and proactive updates on account activity, including ongoing projects, repair status and order progress.
Address and resolve customer concerns with urgency and professionalism, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Operational support and quotes: prepare and submit accurate quotes based on disassembly and inspection reports within the specified time frame, ensuring quotes meet customer expectations while supporting profitability.
