We’re looking for a Bilingual Patient Care Specialist to be the main point of contact for patients enrolled in our Patient Support Program, ensuring high-quality service and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for patients and their prescribing physicians.
• Conduct welcome calls to gather information, introduce the program, and obtain patient consent.
• Explain program offerings, including case management, reimbursement, self‑injection training, prescription coordination and ongoing compliance.
• Understand the medication(s) in detail.
• Maintain expert knowledge of public and private reimbursement mechanisms within the assigned territory.
