Coordinate the interviews process, in accordance with the policy defined by PUMA, in order to reach candidates who, meet the profile, values and our organizational culture;
Coordinate the process of onboarding to new PUMA workers, in order to achieve a quick adaptation to the company and the position;
Support in human resources processes to maintain an alignment between people's tasks and the objectives established by the company.
