POSITION SCOPE: Responsible for the execution of day-to-day people operations within Anatolia, the Specialist – People & Culture (P&C) applies the policies, procedures and programs and carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: HRIS, employee relations/engagement, training, compensation, benefits, records/file management, database administration, orientation /onboarding for hourly and salaried team members, and support to other functions when necessary.
