Overview

As a Patient Care Specialist, you will be the single point of contact for patients enrolled in our patient support program. You will ensure program service offerings are managed and delivered effectively while providing high quality customer service. This role calls for a proactive, empathetic professional who supports patients throughout their treatment journey.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for patients and, where applicable, prescribing physicians.
• Conduct welcome calls, gather information, introduce the program, and obtain patient consent.
