Execute and support key processes in the product supply creation cycle, ensuring accurate and timely preparation, validation, and conversion of purchase-related data. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across teams to maintain operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Process execution:Execute end-to-end buying processes, including pre-buy preparation, IPP Lite buy management, manual buy execution, and allocation validations. Ensure accurate PR cleansing, forecast uploads, and PR-to-PO conversions. Perform post-buy checks and resolve purchase order issues.
Support process improvements:Identify opportunities to streamline buying workflows and improve data accuracy. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within Product Supply Creation
