Collect the document from project manager, designer, and contractor to consolidate the document for archive, storage, retrieve and make sure overall document comply with the Disney standard.
Manage the facility records to migrate from hard copy into the electronic document.
Create workflow for the team to optimize the flexibility on using electronic document.
Job requirements:
Diploma or above in Document Management, or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in document control field.
Strong communication skill in both written and spoken English is required. Proficient typing and editing skills.
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel with data organization skills. Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) is preferred.
