What You'll Do

• Act as the focal point for gathering relevant information and drafting formal letters, position papers and commercial notices.
• Support the subcontract managers by referring to the contractual provisions, understanding the implications and advising them on how to move forward.
• Support and work alongside the procurement team, advising them on risk mitigations, value-for money approach and ‘best-for-project’ approach.
• Demonstrate a ‘big-picture- approach and high personal responsibility in coordinating tasks and ensuring smooth project operations.
• Support the subcontract managers in all aspects of a subcontract lifecycle.
• Utilize Excel for advanced data management
• Review and manage payment implications and applications.
• Review and assign correspondence, ensuring appropriate follow-up actions.
