Overview:
We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to manage kitchen operations at Canad Inns Destination Centre. In this role, you will manage kitchen operations for daily preparation, buffets, and banquets. You will assist the Executive Chef and occasionally fill in as needed. Responsibilities include supervising culinary staff, ensuring all employees meet standards, managing food and labor costs, and creating appealing and delicious dishes with imagination. Flexible scheduling is required. This is an opportunity to lead within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
