Food World Supermarket is seeking a skilled and passionate Sous Chef specializing in Japanese cuisine to support daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced, high-volume retail food environment.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in authentic Japanese dishes , including sushi, sashimi, ramen, donburi, tempura, and other traditional or contemporary Japanese preparations. This role ensures consistent quality, authentic flavors, efficient back-of-house operations, and adherence to food safety standards.
