A Sous Chef will exceed the expectations of all Bunkhouse guests in a multitude of tasks, including the direction, preparation, and execution of all menu items, planning and pricing of menus, ordering supplies, and maintaining accurate records. The role also requires ensuring equipment and facilities are immaculate.
The position requires excellent communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and a deep understanding of Bunkhouse policies. The candidate will uphold and promote Bunkhouse Vision and Core Values in all actions and decisions.
