Position Overview We’re looking for a Solutions Architect to lead the onboarding and implementation experience for our customers. In this role, you will be the
primary point of contact during onboarding , owning both the
technical solution design
and the
overall success of implementation .
You will work closely with a Project Manager who supports execution, while you lead client conversations, guide solution strategy, and ensure customers are set up for long-term success.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining
technical expertise, client leadership, and problem-solving
in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Discovery:
Partner with clients to uncover deep-seated requirements, identifying system constraints, data dependencies, and business goals early in the onboarding process.
