Synopsis of the role

The IT Functional Consultant is responsible for collaborating with customers and cross functional teams to align customer requirements with Authentication solutions. Understanding business needs, clarifies genuine requirements, and assists the implementation team in planning the customer deployment.

What You Will Do

• Identify the business needs for new and enhanced products, services, and business processes.
• Clarify and document genuine technology requirements, and match these to the business partner’s available products or services in order to understand and meet stakeholder needs.
• Provide consultancy and advice to business partners on the applicability and usability of alternative technology to help address the business problem/issue.
• Be the single point of contact on the team for new projects and work with the Client Delivery team to build client relationships.
