In this critical role, you will function as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers across the APJ region, engage in architecture design, and address customer needs effectively. You will conduct workshops and prepare technical proposals while collaborating with internal teams to drive project success. A firm command of both English and Mandarin is critical for effective communication.
Key Responsibilities: • Design data protection solutions including backup and DR strategies • Understand and translate technical requirements into scalable architectures • Lead customer workshops and executive-level discussions • Validate solutions through Proof of Concept executions • Provide advisory on compliance and ransomware protection
