The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) requires a solution architect – CRM to provide technical leadership for the data migration into Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Responsibilities
Lead the development, implementation, and management of D365 CE, monitoring the entire system.
Provide expert guidance in all aspects of the data migration from legacy solutions into Dynamics 365 CE, including post‑migration data fixes.
Define interactions between application packages, databases, and middleware systems.
Deliver customizations by implementing entities, fields, workflows, business rules, forms, and views that align with business processes.
Determine integration of the Dynamics CRM system with other systems and applications within the organization’s technology landscape.
Establish security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure proper access control within the CRM system.
