Role We are seeking an Engineering Manager who combines deep hands‑on technical expertise with strong communication and leadership skills. This role is ideal for a senior engineer who still enjoys being close to the code, but is ready to own architecture, technical direction, and engineering execution across the company.
You will lead a small but capable engineering team, partner closely with the founders and product leadership, and play a key role in scaling our platform and engineering practices.
