Auxo is hiring a Software Engineering Manager for an early stage AI company building automation products for back office and financial operations.

You will help them move from 0 to 1 by owning technical direction, contributing hands on with code, and establishing the engineering standards that will support multiple AI powered products as the team scales.

What You’ll Do

• Lead architecture, design, and development across a Python and React TypeScript stack.
• Contribute directly to core platform modules including ingestion pipelines, workflow engines, retrieval systems, and enterprise integrations.
