Responsibilities
Establish, mentor, and facilitate modern software development and testing best practices.
Actively reinforce a performance‑based work ethic, supporting departmental goals for utilization, efficiency, and innovation.
Design, develop, document, test, and debug mission‑critical software to meet customer and industry standards.
Ensure industry and customer‑specific hardware and software standards are met.
Develop and maintain standardized reporting and dashboards to keep leadership informed of progress and key metrics.
Collaborate with Systems Engineering to integrate vendor equipment, components, and systems with Raytheon equipment.
