Purpose Leads and oversees various legacy technologies in the COAT Department in Canada ensuring business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed/delivered in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. The purpose of the team is to provide technology support for the business applications and related processes and key technology vendors that underpin the activities of COAT in Canada. Vendors include CGI, TechM, ARCAD, TSYS, Genesys, Akamai, Apogee, among others. Core applications include AS400/TCS (BCRX), Edge Sales (BCXN), Edge Pride (BCJT), Campaign Management (BCW9), and related .net applications and their related Bank interfaces.
