Lead a cross-functional team comprised of customer representatives, supplier representatives, and internal Raytheon functional team members.
Develop and execute the Training Management System IPT’s objectives in alignment with the contract scope and technical specifications, ensuring effective management of cost, schedule and performance for the deliverables within the IPT charter.
Manage the development, delivery and maintenance of the LVCTS Training Management System (TMS) including the Learning Management System, Resource Management System, Exercise Design and Control Tools, After Action Review and Data Analytics.
