This unique role impacts millions through the Personnel Resource Manager (PRM) system, which automates eligibility verification and training policy compliance for over 1 million Associates across 2,000+ sites worldwide. Your code will directly protect associate safety by preventing non‑compliant work assignments and enable intelligent workforce management decisions that keep Amazon’s operations running smoothly.
