Job Description AGAT Laboratories is currently seeking a Full-Stack Software Developer to join our internal software development team and help build, maintain, and improve business‑critical systems used across the company. This role reports to the Manager, IT Projects and works closely with product owners, business analysts, DBAs, QA, and other developers.
The right candidate must have effective written and verbal communication skills, exhibit leadership, and display a proactive approach to software design and development.
Responsibilities
Coach and mentor a team of developers remotely and in person across multiple AGAT locations.
Oversee design and development of bespoke Web, desktop, and console applications using Visual Studio C# and the .NET framework.
Work closely with the database administrator in the design and modelling of relational database systems using enterprise Oracle DBMS systems.
