Position focused on managing the softgoods department, ensuring high customer service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with Giant Tiger policies.
Responsibilities
Ensure a high level of customer service for assigned departments (cash, softgoods, hardgoods, grocery).
Oversee day‑to‑day operations.
Train and communicate policies and procedures to department associates.
Handle SKU, pricing, sign printing, labeling, and RF unit operation.
Complete ordering and replenishment of merchandise.
Supervise a team within assigned departments, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.
Execute GT System policies, procedures, and standards.
Take appropriate action and provide recommendations based on area analysis.
