Inner Solutions is expanding and is looking for a Registered Social Worker or a Registered Psychologist to join our team. We are dedicated to delivering comprehensive DBT and trauma-informed care for mental health challenges, including BPD. Our practice provides extensive training and supervision tailored to enhance your skills in evidence-based therapy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions
• Lead DBT skills classes for clients
• Engage in weekly consultation meetings focused on DBT adherence
• Offer supportive phone coaching to clients after-hours
• Utilize client management systems to track progress
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Social Work or relevant field
• Mandatory clinical experience with CBT
• Commitment to a long-term treatment approach
