Position Purpose Summary

The Program Coordinator provides ongoing monitoring and support for the various client‑focused programs offered by Railton House in accordance with the Mission, Vision and Values of the Halifax Centre of Hope and The Salvation Army. The Program Coordinator directly oversees the general operation of Railton’s Residential Program as determined by approved policies and procedures, accreditation standards of The Salvation Army, and Statement of Work requirements of Correctional Services Canada (CSC). The Program Coordinator is to champion The Mission of The Salvation Army regarding the spiritual, emotional, and physical wellbeing of guests and clients.
