Harbourview Family Health Team (HFHT) is a well‑established primary care team based in Thunder Bay, dedicated to delivering high-quality, team‑based care to our patients and their families. Our interdisciplinary team includes nurse practitioners (NP), registered nurses, registered dietitians, registered practical nurses, social workers, administrative professionals, and 14 family physicians.
