About This Opportunity

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Hansen Industries is looking to hire a SMS CAD LEAD.

OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
  • Manage the activities of the CAD department.  
  • Assist in maximizing the efficiency of the plant.
  • Ensure all programs are checked and run as required.
  • Work to eliminate CAD Errors.
  • Manage the workload and employees of the CAD department.
  • Ensure that drawings and programs are delivered to the shop floor on time and error free.
  •  To deliver parts to the customer that meet or exceed Hansen's Quality Objectives (99% acceptance, 97% on-time delivery) 
  • To assist Hansen Industry in achieving Hansen’s Secondary Quality Objective (85% satisfaction rating, improved internal non-conformance identification).

SKILLS REQUIRED:
  • 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
