Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday 7 AM‑3:30 PM; will transition to rotating continental shifts in the future. This position is 100% on‑site in Strathroy, Ontario.
The Role
Assemble, disassemble, install, repair, and fabricate machinery, equipment, spare parts, tooling, and facility components following technical manuals, schematics, blueprints, SOPs, standard practices, and site or OEM resources.
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and control problems, correcting issues per technical manuals, schematics, and SOPs.
Complete system support work (fuse changes, contactor resets, temperature controller adjustments, calibrations, PLCs, etc.) as trained; document work orders, PMs, calibration forms, and validation documents to cGMP/SOP standards.
Comply with PM, SOP, cGMP, and regulatory requirements.
Execute assigned PMs and work orders on schedule; support on‑site contractors for PM or project activity as needed.
