We're seeking a dynamic Site Superintendent to join a General Contractor focused on commercial and institutional construction in WinnipegWhat We Offer:
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000

What You'll Do:
Review drawings and contracts to identify issues early and prepare schedules with input from trades.
Manage permits, materials, and labor requirements for smooth project execution.
Oversee daily construction activities, coordinate trades, monitor progress and quality, and escalate concerns when necessary.
Enforce safety standards, lead orientations, distribute PPE, and address safety questions and non-compliance.
Maintain accurate records using construction software, manage purchase orders and invoices, and ensure costs align with estimates.
